While their gas price is competitive their customer service is exemplary. My query by email was responded to within minutes and duly actioned. Great service, with a great price. Other providers need to “Up their game” to come anywhere close. I ain’t moving from Home Energy.

Cheap and great customer service!! Always had my emails answered within a few hours, and when I said ‘Thanks for being a great supplier’ in my last email, they sent me a free tote bag!!! I did a little dance of joy.
